Mayanti and Stuart met for the first time on the Cricket field. Mayanti was in the initial stage of her career. She was getting prepared for the interview in ICL(Indian Cricket League). At that time Stuart Binny was also playing in ICL. The producer of the post-match show told Mayanti that Stuart Binny is a good player and he recently got engaged. It was a rumor. Mayanti trusted the producer and asked Stuart about his engagement and Stuart was shocked!! He cleared the confusion. Everything was happening on screen. After the interview, both can’t stop laughing and became good friends.

Mayanti’s interest in France’s national game football grew when Mayanti was in the United States of America. She loves to play football and she was even on her college football team. Further, she also got an opportunity to anchor in famous FIFA beach football matches.
